As a child of antique bottle collectors, I'm always on the look out for inkwells. We recently came across the estate sale of a collector. He had multiple gorgeous inkwells (and lots of other interesting items too). This heavy blown glass ink well is a particularly nice piece from that collection. It has a sleek low circular base, 4" diameter and weighs over 1 pound. The hinged lid appears to be brass and has a raised heart shaped pattern. It is a gorgeous piece perfect for any collector.

VINTAGE NOTES
• In excellent condition, scratches as you would expect from use on the bottom, a small divet on the top that appears to our eye to be an original imperfection
